When iProspect decided to call the 15th floor of 1 Columbia Center its new headquarters, they wanted the architectural interior design of the space to reflect its thriving culture. Our design translated their wish into physical space by creating communal gathering spaces that have a cozy and homey feel and are flexible to accommodate the agency’s changing needs; such as the large breakroom with garage doors that allow it to open at both ends to adjacent informal meeting and gaming pods. Scattered throughout the open office are architectural design details such as glass walls, brick clad and metal tubing divisors to name a few, which intend to allude to the agency’s urban and techy culture.
In order to create a dynamic workspace suited for all employees’ functional needs as well as attract potential clients, our team also worked closely with GMBI, the furniture vendors, to integrate numerus ancillary open collaboration areas amongst the mainly open plan benching workstations in a playful manner.
