The new restaurant, designed by Legal Restaurants, was permitted and overseen by Ware Malcomb, San Diego. The restaurant was named Florence, after the late San Diego swimming legend Florence Chadwick, and it's decor honors her accomplishment as being the first woman to swim both directions of the English Channel.
Florence features a variety of indoor and outdoor dining experiences and it is designed to accommodate a diverse demographic. Dining areas options range from: casual lounge sitting, to a variety of bar-seating options, to built in banquette seating, and communal tables, as well as individual four-tops for more privacy.
